your customer service at help.dict@ keeps offering the same unacceptable solution to the OALD 9th. you stole from me by blocking access to it. You drag this matter too long. I can see you service is a garbage. You are incompetent people. One of your support@ whom I had contact ask for proof of purchase. Shame on you. Still, I will give that proof. So, if you do not restore my 9th. It will co.sidered a theft, stealing what you have done. You trouble maker.
